Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear such costs or unless we have failed to inform you that you would have to bear such costs.
5. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Additionally, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item to help us process your claim more efficiently.
9. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund immediately.
